Sales Employee for Italian and foreign markets

As part of our ambitious growth journey, we are recruiting a commercial professional to join our team in 2024.

 The goal of the Sales Office at CK Food is primarily to represent the company with all market players, reporting directly to the Management.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Presenting the company and products in Italy and abroad
  • Understanding and conducting market research on sector trends
  • New business development and customer scouting
  • Developing up-selling and cross-selling strategies and actions
  • Technical product presentation and customer coaching
  • Planning and execution of customer visits
  • Participation in trade fairs in Italy and abroad
  • Managing and processing orders via management software
  • Analysing sales data and budgets

Skills and capabilities:

We expect to meet a responsible and reliable person who can bring skills, ideas and energy to the Sales Team and who wants to share our objectives.

Excellent knowledge of the English language will be considered essential. Any other linguistic and cultural skills that enable us to continue developing the foreign market will be considered favourably. A good knowledge of the Office package and the operation of CRM and management software will also be necessary.

Knowledge of the nutritional or pharmaceutical sector is welcome but not essential.

Education and experience

• University degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in sales in structured companies.

Place of work: Porto Sant’Elpidio

Contract and classification: to be assessed on the basis of fulfilment of requirements. Incentive plans and recognition of objectives achieved are envisaged.

Working hours: Full Time, from Monday to Friday
The resource will be selected as part of a structured selection process that will be set out in detail during the first contact with the company.
